1. Go to Setup and open Advanced Setup.
2. Click the Users dropdown.
3. Select Users from the list.
4. Find the user you want to remove and click the dropdown menu beside their name.
5. Choose Edit User.
6. Deactivate the user by unchecking all selected boxes.
7. Click Save to apply the changes.
