1. Go to Setup and open the Object Manager.
2. Select the Account object.
3. Click Fields & Relationships in the left panel.
4. Click New and choose the appropriate Data Type.
5. Enter the field details and click Next to set field-level security.
6. Click Next again.
7. Click Save.
