Here’s how to create a group event in Calendly for multiple attendees:
On your dashboard, click the
“New Event Type”
button.
Select
“Group”
from the available options — this allows multiple people to book the same time slot.
Enter a name for your
event
.
Specify the
location
(e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, in-person, etc.).
Set the
maximum
number of attendees allowed for a single event.
Once all settings are configured, click “
Create
”
Click on
Save Changes
.
A
notification
will appear once your event is successfully created.
