Here’s how to add a web form in Agile CRM to capture leads efficiently :

Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner.
Open the Admin Settings.
Go to Integrations under the Admin settings.
Select "Form Builder" under the Web to Lead section.
On the Forms page, click Add Form in the top-right corner.
Choose a template or click Custom to start from scratch.
After finalizing the form, click Save.
Copy the code and insert it into your website’s HTML where the form should appear.
