Here’s how goals work in ActiveCampaign to track automation performance :

In the automation editor, click the Add icon below the trigger section.
Select Workflow from the options.
Click jump-to to add it to your ActiveCampaign automation.
Enter a goal name, set the conditions and triggers, then click Save.
Your customized goal will now be added and activated.
