How to Change Background Color in Mailchimp Templates

Here’s how to change background color in Mailchimp templates to match your branding:

In the left column of your dashboard, hit Create.
Click on Design email to create an email.
In the Content section, hit Design Email.
You will be redirected to the template gallery. You can pick a template from the list of options available or Start from Scratch. Click on Apply to start.
In the Styles section, select Email under the Desktop tab. Then, click on the circle under Background color.
Pick your favorite background color, and it will be reflected in your email canvas.
