Here’s how to connect Linear projects to Slack updates using Zapier to automate :

From the Zapier dashboard, select Zap.
Click the Trigger field, then search for and select Linear as the trigger app.
Choose New Issue as the trigger event.
Click Account, sign in to Linear, configure the trigger, and click Continue.
Click 'Test trigger'.
Select Slack as the action app, choose Send Channel Message, and connect Slack account.
Configure the event details and Click Continue.
After the test is successful, Click Publish.
