1. Go to CRM > Segmented Lists.
2. Click on the Create Segment button.
3. Click the next button.
4. Click on “Add filter".
5. Define the parameters for your smart list.
6. Add more filters ( Using OR ) to refine your criteria.
7. Review and click on Save and process segment to create your dynamic list.
