Here’s how to delete a status in ClickUp to clean up your workflows:
Go to the Space or Folder
containing the status.
Click the
ellipsis icon
next to the Space name.
Select Edit
Statuses.
Select Use
Custom Statuses.
Locate the
status and click its ellipsis
icon.
Confirm by selecting
Delete Status.
Click
Apply changes
to delete the status.
