How to Find Prospects that Changed Jobs Using LinkedIn

Looking for prospects who’ve recently switched roles? Here’s how to find them on LinkedIn:

1. Open Lead Filters in Sales Navigator.

2. Switch on the ‘Changed jobs’ filter so we only see leaders who recently moved into a new role.

3. Set the Company headcount.

4. Select the Seniority level.

5. Add Job Titles: "CMO", "CTO" or "CIO".

6. Filter by Years in current position and choose "Less than 1 year."

7. Add Geography.

8. Finally, select the industries you want these leaders to come from.

9. Save to a lead list for outreach.
