Here’s how to integrate Google Forms with ActiveCampaign to capture leads :

Select Zaps from the list of options.
Click Trigger to start integration, search for Google Forms, and select it.
Select your preferred Trigger Event and Sign In, then click Continue.
Enter the required Trigger details, then click Continue to test it.
Click Continue.
Then search for ActiveCampaign and select it as the Action app.
Select an Action Event and Sign In, then click Continue.
Fill in the required fields, then click Continue to activate.
