1. Navigate to CRM and click Companies .
2. Open the preview of the company you want to merge.
3. Click on the Actions menu.
4. Select Merge from the dropdown.
5. Search for and select the secondary company you want to merge.
6. Click Merge to combine the records.
7. The two company records will now be successfully merged.
