Here’s how to organize Slack channels for better collaboration and clarity :

Click the More Options icon next to the channel.
Go to Create and choose Create Section.
Name your section, add an optional emoji, and click Create.
Drag and drop existing channels from your sidebar into the new section.
Your channels are now organized under the newly created section.
