1. If you’re unable to import data normally, a pop-up will appear — click Data Import Wizard.
2. Select Accounts and Contacts.
3. Choose Add New Records.
4. Select CSV as your data source.
5. Click Next to proceed.
6. Map your CSV headers with the corresponding Salesforce fields.
7. Click Start Import to begin importing your data.
