Here’s how to share a report in Salesforce to collaborate with your team:

Go to the Search bar and look for “All Reports.”
Open the reportyou want to share.
Click the dropdown arrow next to the report name and select “Share.”
Enter the names or groups you want to share the report with.
Choose the appropriate access level (View, Edit, or Manage).
Click Done to apply and save the sharing settings.
